The CEO of Winhomes stated that there is an ongoing case regarding the demolitions along the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Road. There have been cases in court and some ongoing, with the first involving 39 individuals, including Winhomes. The court dismissed this initial case. She separately approached the Federal High Court to file a new case, but the court did not issue any injunction against the construction.
